Meet Bobbi Olson
Having been in the title industry for more than ten years, Bobbi Olson brings a good deal of experience to the closing table. She has held a variety of positions ranging from closing assistant to closing manager and definitely knows her way around a transaction file.
Bobbi believes that open lines of communication with all parties involved is the key to smooth closings and she strives to keep everyone informed so that there are no last minute surprises. Even after a decade in the business, Bobbi enjoys learning something new on each file she closes. Knowing how different every transaction can be keeps this professional focused and respectful of every customer she serves.
“My favorite part of my job as a closer is the closing appointment, helping buyers take ownership of their new homes,” says Bobbi. “The excitement they bring to closing makes the process very enjoyable for everyone involved.”
A people-person by nature, Bobbi’s educational background is in sales and marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys being active in the Kimball Fire & Rescue Department’s Auxiliary. Her involvement there has helped increase her understanding of peoples’ needs in different situations.
